Migrate’s automatic switching technology means you never need to worry about that again.
How is this free?
We get our money from energy companies
Migrate is paid a commission from energy companies that we switch people to, which is how we keep the service free to you. We make the same commission from all suppliers on the site and so remain completely impartial. We only ever rank our results and switch you based on how much you can save and your preferences.
What happens on signup?
You stay in control by letting us have control
Once you sign up with Migrate, you’ll give us your details, agree to let us manage your energy supply on your behalf, and we do the rest. Each year our technology will find you the best new energy deal, and we will manage the switch for you. We have all your details safely stored away so you don’t need to do anything. We will give you a 14-day cooling off period after the switch happens, in case you change your mind; we don’t want to do anything you’re not happy with.

You sit back & we’ll do the Migrating for you
In the same way as our migrating puffin flies away every year from the cold climate, to somewhere warmer, Migrate will switch you from expensive tariffs to cheaper ones.

Our dashboard will keep you in the know
You’ll have access to your very own personalised dashboard, where you can monitor the savings we have made for you, when your next switch will be and have the ability to change your preferences. For example, you can select to only switch to ‘Green’ suppliers or suppliers with a certain customer service rating.
Behind the scenes
You’ll switch suppliers with the lights on
Once we switch you, your old and new suppliers will be in touch, and that’s completely normal. The old supplier will be sorry to see you go, and may send you a settlement bill. Your new supplier will ask for meter readings and start sending you correspondence. The switch should be completely seamless, there will be no interruption to your supply and you won’t notice anything apart from a different name on your energy bill and lower bills. If there are ANY issues, our customer services team are here to help.
We will stay in touch with you throughout your time with us. We want you to be fully aware of your savings, your next switch, and ability to change your preferences. And if you want you can even refer some friends for a cash reward – so they can enjoy the same benefits as you.
